December 5-7, 2008        The 15th Annual New Ross Christmas Festival!

Events for the whole family!  Our festival starts at 4:30 on Friday with a community supper at Legion, followed by the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at 7:00 and entertainment for kids of all ages. The rest of the weekend, drop into the Winter Welcome Post at the Ross Farm Museum on Hwy 12 for details and a map to direct you to festival events.  Holiday House tour on Sunday and spot the “Community Carolers” through out the area. Also a Craft Fair  and live music at the New Ross School.

Now open is our own Nova Scotia Christmas Tree Interpretive Centre located next to the Ross Farm. Hands on learning fun about the History of the Christmas tree industry in Nova Scotia. Downstairs will be wreath making demonstrations and sales, giveaways and more!
